John 4:24

"God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

 

It's easy for us to say "I believe."  And, true enough, many people claim to have faith in Jesus Christ.  But the measure of true worship is not in what we say, but in what we do.  Jesus called us out of this world not just to give us peace and comfort, nor to make our life easier necessarily.  No, the reason we are called is to worship Him.  We do this, not just on Sunday morning by singing a few songs and listening to the preacher.  No, our worship is a) How we live our life differently than this world, and b) When we follow the commands of Jesus.  In fact Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commands." So, let's follow His commands by sharing the Gospel like He said to do.
